How much of Twitter's traffic is made up of Donald's Do Loop Dollies? Any studies, tools to analyze?

According to SparkScore, I suck at twitter because I don't follow anyone, can't be bothered to prove that I am me, don't create massive "likes" and generally stay away from popular inflammatory topics. However I am extremely engaging. So you get your moneys worth.
I randomly choose some of those Donald Do Loop Dollies (middle aged women, random Trump header, Murrica emojis etc) and found that they are "better" twitter users with very low fake accounts (statistically improbable) but look at their engagement rate....er automated churn
I bring this up because like Facebook, Twitter is a manipulated landscape in which fictional opinions, fake people and bipolar arguments drown out real complex nuanced issues. TrumpTwitter is the erratic laser pointer that drags the media around. rollingstone.com/politics/polit…
