The media has assisted in radicalizing so many people on the left & right. The extremes are only getting more extreme and the media loves to give them what they crave, attention. I fear a civil war could be a very real possibility if the media doesn’t rapidly change course.
Media can radicalize people with lies.
Example: @realDonaldTrump didn’t say Nazis are fine people. The media removed context when reporting it.

So let’s examine the anatomy of how a typical person can be radicalized by a lie like the Charlottesville lie. They’re conditioned to accept media will tell them the truth, media tells them the President likes Nazis; a normal person if they believe this can be pushed to extremes.
It’s not a difficult equation, lies like the Charlottesville lie push people deep into tribal corners and there’s one entity who bears more responsibility than others in my eyes, the media. They won’t like this but it’s reality.
