Quick reactions NEEDED, e.g. when a tech giant is about to implement practices (worse so, disguised as remedies to an antitrust infringement) which look worrisome from a competition policy perspective- and fines ex-post likely useless 👇🏽
Shall we call it “the glasnost of competition policy“?
More than anything else, the remedy process should be iterative (possibly rhyming with the enforcement - both ex-ante and ex-post - process, that should be increasingly participative)
