Boris Johnson is drawing up plans for a bailout fund that will prop up businesses in event of no-deal
He will hold discussions on plans - dubbed Operation Kingfisher - next week in Brexit war cabinet as part of plans to stop otherwise viable companies going bust
Plans originally drawn up by Theresa May's govt but are now being ramped up
'It will be there... so that fundamentally viable businesses that may have the occasional cash flow or other issue can be supported'
Under Theresa May, the plans were kept under lock and key until @mrharrycole heard about them
They're now being openly discussed - it's a change of approach towards greater transparency
