3. I need to update and correct something. The case wasn't going to Amy Berman Jackson, it was to keep it before Judge Howell the Chief Judge. Why would McGahn/DOJ not want it before her? My possible reason.

4. assignment to Judge Howell are both grand jury matters. The chief judge, among other duties, supervises the grand juries, that are secret, as a gate keeper. Judge Howell immediately issued an order to show cause why House Judiciary should be able to maintain the related case

5. assignment to judge Howell with just one day for the DOJ, that is representing McGahn, to respond. They responded yesterday and today Judge Howell kicked the case to be reassigned.

6. My analysis: Reasonable probability there is a pending "related" grand jury that the DOJ (representing McGahn) and Judge Howell know about and that they can't disclose to the House or publicly. @RepJerryNadler @RepJeffries
