I am so emotional right now after walking through this property I could move my bookstore to. It is mint. It is PERFECT. WaWa just opened on the corner so you KNOW it's a great spot. I could move everything right in. PLEASE read this thread.

This spot costs 115K. Consider that I paid the market 105K in rent in CASH over the past 6 years. I don't need #GoFundMe. I need a GoLendMe! If 5 people could lend me 23K I will pay you all back. Getting a mortgage is hard. SBA could take 3 months. Time is of the essence.

PLEASE read my GoFundMe. It's all true. My husband has seen it happen. A customer went pale when the exact book she wanted was in my hand. It happens ALL THE TIME. The book shows up & then the customer for that exact book shows up. I truly believe God sends them to me.

I've been looking for a new location for a long time & then, at my wit's end, this property came up for sale. Even the carpet I bought for the aisle the Market wants me to move to is the EXACT size 4 what would be my reading room! Imagine a fireplace w/reading chairs! I can!

To many 115K is a drop in the bucket. To me, it might as well be a billion. I will NOT let you down. I can even set up my Ebay from here & have WIFI. I can run YOUR videos. I can do a 1,000 things I haven't been able to do at the Market. And I will have AC.
