A case study from Wickman's book "30 Years Among the Dead" On Aug 30, 1922. The spirit of Pete Neidemeyer said:
If there is no death, it seems you could harness the power of lost souls and use it as a motor. There is a lot of research that mentions demons having a "supervisor" who gives them orders.
This has made me rethink all of my work on DID and multiples. Trauma programming lowers our shields allowing for a possession. Maybe those aren't alter parts as much as injected possessions.
This really gets me, too. Pete's spirit says:

"One shines more than the other because he has understanding"

(FYI Pete was hanged for watching his gang kill a man in 1920's Chicago)
Pete asks the mortals for thoughts about his mother. He was trying to wake her up and the mortals thoughts would help. This is a big clue about how important our intention/belief energy is to the environment. Pretty profound.
And this. This 1900s woman hung herself suddenly with no signs of depression. "Evil spirits were attracted to me by jealous thoughts..."

Could be a clue for why famous people are possessed.
Every earth-bound spirit in this book has one thing in common...

They miss their bodies.

Meanwhile, we celebrate pretending our genitals are a thought experiment.
