Russia came up dry, so it's back to the basket of deplorables line of attack. Sure, there will be the occasional two min of hate story to appease the nevertrumpers, the ex wives with their cats, and the millennials in the basement but it's always back to Russia and Deplorables.

Interesting POV of someone trying to place themselves in the mind of a Democrat voter. I suppose it has merit, if your only goal as a Dem voter was to win. Sanders would probably be the strongest candidate against Trump of the current field.

However, if you are a democrat and you want to win and not change the USA into a communist hellhole, Bernie would be your last choice.
Trump and maybe Biden would be near the top of your list instead.
Many people continue to forget that Trump won large numbers of Democrat votes in the upper Midwest and PA. It was in large part for this very reason. When looking at the current field or Hillary your options to keep the USA from being a hellhole are very limited.

The GDP of Denmark is about $350 billion per year. From that they pay out $500 million a year to provide for the Greenland people. To Denmark, a country that doesn't have the resources to fully capture the economic potential of Greenland, its a net drain on their country.
From an economic standpoint for Denmark it would make sense to sell Greenland. I think an offer was made years back for $100 billion. Denmark could probably hold out for a slightly higher price if a bidding war starts between the USA and China. The only two countries IMO..
...with enough economic power to be in the bidding process. So figure, maybe $200-300 billion final price tag. This would immediately give Denmark a $500 million yearly increase in their economy plus tue large one time sellers price.

1. Today I am going to make a tweet storm explaining the history and state of Ethereum's Casper research, including the FFG vs CBC wars, the hybrid => full switch, the role of randomness, mechanism design issues, and more.
2. Ethereum proof of stake research began in Jan 2014 with Slasher (blog.ethereum.org/2014/01/15/sla…). Though the algorithm is highly suboptimal, it introduced some important ideas, most particularly the use of penalties to solve the nothing at stake problem (ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/2402…).
3. That said, the penalties that I used were very small, only canceling out signing rewards. Vlad Zamfir joined in mid-2014, and he quickly moved toward requiring validators to put down *deposits*, much larger in size than rewards, that could be taken away for misbehavior.

I'm totally amused to read the various headlines around the @rssharma3 challenge! Clearly shows one of three things:
1) Knowledge of #Aadhaar @UIDAI is poor
2) Biased people take away what they want to believe
3) Both
No data is hacked/stolen or misuse-able

Fact of the matter is that #Aadhaar only has 5 pieces of information - Name, Address, DOB, Gender, Photo, Photo and optionally Email Address, Phone#. I know of NO service that lets you subscribe without the first 5 items and most likely one of 6 & 7.

The biggest cost most service providers face is verifying that the data is indeed accurate and knowing that the person cannot come a second time with a different IDentity. That is precisely what #Aadhaar is designed and architected to do!

I'm one of a few million Americans awake when we should be sleeping because of the pain of #cancer or some other chronic illness.

Adding to our sleeplessness is knowing #healthcare is under threat. We may not be able to afford it due to the #GOP's actions.

It's terrorizing.
My parents were Civil Rights workers. My father was a Freedom Rider. As a small child I was taught the legacy of #MLK.
I watched people invoking MLK on Monday. Not in defense of #votingrights or in outrage over how the #SCOTUS ruled on two pivotal cases on gerrymandering.

MLK wasn't being invoked for #votingrights but for Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who lies to America every day about policies that could very well kill me & others.

Policies that are hurting millions.

Policies that have kept me a citizen without equal rights in my own country.
