So the thing about the Amazon FC Ambassador program is, a company that size, they probably can find enough people who work in the fulfillment centers and have genuinely good experiences (or good feelings about their experiences) to run them... but that doesn't erase the bad.
I saw one of them saying that the program exists "so you will hear the good as well as the bad" but one employee having a good time working for Amazon doesn't do anything for the employees who aren't.
"Some people can cope with the conditions so they can't be bad!" is basically saying "If one person can cope, anybody can cope" and it's like... that is such a blamey attitude.
Imagine a school district dealing with a problem where some students are sleep-deprived zombies who can't keep up with the course load and also are bullied by teachers... by bringing forward the model students who don't have those problems and saying, "See?"

Amazon FCA program.
