1 trump is performing a Dementia Tour de Force today. He’s slurring non-stop as shown this great clip by @atrupar. He proclaimed himself the Chosen One & took shots at Denmark’s PM in a fit of delusion grandeur. He even raged in another anti Semitic attack
2 Class time- His slurring is likely caused by a deficit in the neurotransmitter dopamine which transmits signals from the brain to the muscles to produce movement. The tongue is like a muscle group he can't control caused by the dopamine deficit or misuse of drugs like levodopa.
3 He's a train wreck- His brain's ability to process reading, create language & form speech is worsening. His word finding for free unscripted speech also malfunctions as does his teleprompter speech reading. Then there is that muscular control loss...& that protruding tongue
4 “Degenerative” “Progressive” “It gets worse” “He’s not to the same.” However it’s said, the stand out factor is- He's Getting Worse. Full public awareness will come as trump continues to worsen. Wearing a suit & having a title doesn’t slow FTD dementia’s progression downward
5 We’ve heard about trump’s base. “There are Trump supporters who would buy his piss if he sold it online” is my favorite. Even they will see how bad he's going to get- It gets really bad. As for, “I’d rather have Trump w/ dementia than anyone else,” just wait- they will dump him
6 “Obsurd?” “Absurd” is one of the words trump could’t pronounce today. What’s absurd is his being allowed to remain in the WH w/ obvious dementia while his enablers duck & falsify physicals. Whoever is part of this coverup & let him be pres till he can’t function is going to pay

8 Dementia dominates the WH as evidenced by Pence's emergency return to DC. His enablers have a country to vandalize, but they are stuck caring for trump. His declining condition is draining him. It's harder to hide it as he loses control of himself. Keep your eyes on his balance
9 We will be soon seeing more controlled appearances by him. Short duration, jacked up on a drug combo. His walking & talking are degrading. His thinking is delusional. It’s a good bet his Denmark trip was really cancelled bc of his health. Perhaps there was walking involved
10 Keep in mind, trump’s meltdown was totally expected. He’s right where he’s supposed to be and right on schedule. His enablers are all guilty of making it a spectacle. Whatever magical thinking, grifting or denial guided them, they now own this mess, that could’ve been avoided.
