What does the EU think about suspension of parliament?

Some EU officials see increased chance of no-deal. @piris_jc also tells me it shows that Boris Johnson “is determined to go for no-deal”.

But there is much scepticism about whether that deal will materialise, even *if* MPs and Lords cd be bounced into it.
@piris_jc Yes there was (slightly) more optimistic mood after Berlin-Paris-Biarritz.
Yes EU want to listen to ideas on backstop alternatives.
But the fundamental Brexit /Irish border question that no one has solved in two years of talks remains open.
