Okay I am filling out a self-assessment tool in order to access something called @BeaconCBT, which I get through my work. Please join me on what is apparently going to be a half-hour journey.
Whoooo boy I don't think 256 characters is gonna be enough space to answer this.
I feel like "Mental health problems" is a super weird phrase to encounter in a counselling context?
So many of these questions I would answer "One or two days"! I don't understand these choices!

Making weight be required field on a mental health assessment is complete garbage for so many reasons, @BeaconCBT.
@BeaconCBT I put "11 pounds" so I hope they think I am a baby.
@BeaconCBT Again with the 256 characters! I'm 43 years old! I've had a lot of things happen to me!
@BeaconCBT Womp womp I am with a difference insurance company so maybe this is all for nothing. Oh well. I'm dubious about cognitive behavioural therapy anyway.

Cool. I am expected to use @BeaconCBT for mental health support at work, despite their useless response to my flagging that it's irresponsible and triggering that their online intake has a required question about weight. They won't help me unless I tell them what I weigh? Brutal.
@BeaconCBT Oh cool it looks like the CEO supports the recent massive cuts to provincial mental health support systems.

I’m not sure what magic caused this to appear in my timeline but it gave me a nudge at a point where I really needed a nudge (or maybe a good hard shove). It also spoke to a core fear: that I’d get there and nobody would believe me. How can this be a problem now at 48?
But of course it wasn’t just now - it’s been at least since university DVD probably before. It was just never noticed because I could gut through things and was basically quiet. The more I read about ADHD, the more things made sense.
So anyway, I went in yesterday. I had bad allergies as a cover story in case I lost my nerve. But they listened to me and now I’m going back next week to see where it goes.

Galaxy brain theory: If the sonic in the final version of the movie looks different from what we've been shown in the trailer, it's a change they started making months ago when people reacted poorly to the poster and early "leaks" of the design.
And if that is the case, the trailer we saw was mostly a publicity stunt to make people buzz about it on every social media platform before they announced they'd be changing it.
Basically, here's why it seems fishy; If a studio like paramount wants to hire a VFX house, they put out a bid for the project. This is where most of the work deciding how ragged you're going to run your animators happen, with VFX houses underbidding each other for the contract.
