But in PR, the Democratic voters have been demanding that the Trump DOJ & FBI lock up their Democratic party leaders.
@bcollinsk Apparently this case has been percolating through the system for months, it may also involve several other energy companies in similar investigations.

Ellison sued to get his money unseized but the courts refused to unseal the records to protect the case

There are some bombshells in here, just notifying us of evidence & inquiries! @SidneyPowell1 is not being polite! Accusing the prosecutors of being unwilling or unable to recognize Brady material unless it’s far worse than that.

Can't wait to see the transcript, but that looks interesting.
1/30/17 internal (DOJ?) memo that completely exonerates Flynn of being an agent of Russia.
Then there's a memo showing Flynn didn't violate the Logan Act.
Flynn cleared the same day Sally Yates was fired from the DOJ.
Seems Yates was briefed on Pientka's original 302 from the Flynn interview. I'm expecting that will differ greatly from the May version when it was changed from a draft document to allow it to be modified...

As Powell notes 302s are not classified, so they are Brady info.
Very interesting, as we know McCabe not Comey set up the Flynn ambush interview. I guess Comey 'bragging' about it created another set of bread crumbs that investigators found on 11/15/17...

He has to be the worst coup plotter ever, or he left those breadcrumbs on purpose....

I smell a defensive leak, trying to spin a US spy in Russia before some news gets declassified.

As I've discussed before, I think a variety of "Russian" spies who attacked our democracy were taking orders from John Brennan, not Putin #ButNothingsHappening

Of course, they try to blame it on Trump. Had to remove the spy for fear Trump would expose him to the Russians.

Decided to extract him in May 2017, just as the coup we being exposed & defeated. Most interesting...
Then CIA Director Pompeo said it was because of media leaks (from the coup plotters) that exposed the source to danger. CNN pretends it can't find any evidence of such a publication... So it must be Trump's fault.

I guess if you don't look...

Puerto Rico’s hurricane death toll is (based on population size) equivalent to the death toll of 100 September 11 attacks - yet no bipartisan Congressional probe into how the tragedy was birthed (short answer: decades of missteps by Puerto Rico government, Congress & US admins).
2. Given the warning about Puerto Rico’s electric grid *a full year before Maria struck* why wasn’t the grid hardened? Why weren’t crucial emergency steps (backup power generators) and supplies (water, medicines) in place? Why wasn’t FEMA better prepared?
3. FEMA has one job - to anticipate emergencies and respond quickly and efficiently. If it was aware of Puerto Rico’s electric grid vulnerabilities a year before Maria smashed it, why didn’t it take proactive action, which could’ve reduced the death toll? npr.org/2018/07/13/628…
