I smell a defensive leak, trying to spin a US spy in Russia before some news gets declassified.

As I've discussed before, I think a variety of "Russian" spies who attacked our democracy were taking orders from John Brennan, not Putin #ButNothingsHappening

Of course, they try to blame it on Trump. Had to remove the spy for fear Trump would expose him to the Russians.

Decided to extract him in May 2017, just as the coup we being exposed & defeated. Most interesting...

Then CIA Director Pompeo said it was because of media leaks (from the coup plotters) that exposed the source to danger. CNN pretends it can't find any evidence of such a publication... So it must be Trump's fault.

I guess if you don't look...

Apparently the CIA says CNN & it's sources are full of it.

That CNN & their leaker (Brennan? Clapper?) is the one exposing US assets to life threatening risk.

Five anti-Trump sources got their story straight & say it was all Trump's fault. I guess they are trying to spin something that will be declassified in the near future. These leaks often happen 12-36 hours before something breaks!

So some very well placed leakers if this source is so secret. But we know we have a lot of very highly placed leakers from the Obama Admin & holdovers.

Seems like the coup plotters burned a very valuable asset, probably in their attempt to set the false Russian collusion narrative.

Here's a difficult little detail, it was the Obama ordered ICA that tried to pretend the Russians wanted Trump to win the election that exposed the spy.
SO the spy was exposed to help fake the Russian collusion case....

So of course it is all Trump's fault, if he would just have quit claiming he was innocent & resigned the coup plotters could have quit leaking the source's identity.

I hope but doubt we will see more specific timeline details. But May 2017 was a very critical month when the coup was defeated. The firing of Comey to expose McCabe on May 9th until the appointing of Mueller on May 17th to remove McCabe from the case is central to all of this.

A similar leak occurred in May to the NYT's related to another CIA asset in Russia. This asset was identified as the source of Brennan's information that Putin ordered the election interference. But that article claimed it was a GRU asset who was arrested!

Were there two assets that got exposed by the leaks to support the ICA's narrative?

Or did the leak in May point to the wrong source for that information?

With McClatchy recently named as all but a co-conspirator with Fusion GPS in Devin Nunes' RICO law suit. They printed fake news for Fusion GPS to attack Republicans for their customers.
