Seems Yates was briefed on Pientka's original 302 from the Flynn interview. I'm expecting that will differ greatly from the May version when it was changed from a draft document to allow it to be modified...

Very interesting, as we know McCabe not Comey set up the Flynn ambush interview. I guess Comey 'bragging' about it created another set of bread crumbs that investigators found on 11/15/17...

Interesting, DOJ says Flynn took his guilty plea knowing that evidence of Strzok's bias was captured on texts & other formats.
Makes it even more likely his guilty plea was meant as a trap.

IF this is true, then it is quite interesting. IF DOJ gave all the Brady evidence to Flynn's original legal team & they concealed that evidence from Flynn & Powell, this case goes nuclear on Flynn's old lawyers...
Sullivan is waiting for DOJ to explain how the original 302 is not in DOJ's possession to hand over as Brady material. They will have 2 weeks to answer these questions.
