Those who say that PV is somehow more ethical should remember there is nothing ethical at all to have a referendum in the same broken electoral environment that infested the 2016 referendum with cheating & lying.
Plus the funding & time to recruit & train staff
OR join in with the cheerful LDs with a positive future.
