I do not believe that this is the Operation YellowHammer report as of 2/8/2019.
This is not how these sort of “traffic light” review documents would normally look.
Further it is only 6 pages.

I am not saying this does not form part of the documents relating to YellowHammer. They have certainly altered the description from base case to “reasonable worst case)
Simply not all documents relating to YellowHammer since 23/7/2019.
