UPDATE: I am getting some mega pushback from civil servants about how complete this information is. One source tells me: “this may be the doc that closely resembles leaked docs, but info in some areas resembles stuff from at least 12 months ago.”
Source continues: “one paragraph is something I was including in docs last Feb/Mar. Find it hard to believe no further updates. Also know that there was additional info underneath that para” which is omitted.
Sources in Gibraltar tell me: “these are definitely old papers re Gibraltar...we detect great nervousness in UK. Officials clear that the assumptions are not welcome by the current cabinet.”
Sources in Gibraltar say Gibraltar govt was pressed for fresh wording re G for new Yellowhammer document last week, their impression was to prepare for publication. “Then nothing happened. We understand they can’t agree the final text.”
