Nadler Clown Show - FAKE Impeachment Edition
House Judiciary Cmte passed a Committee Resolution 24-17. It is a internal (cmte only) resolution that cannot even go to the House floor for a vote. Basically it is an internal memo. Here is the text> docs.house.gov/meetings/JU/JU…

There are four committee procedures in this COMMITTEE ONLY resolution.

Internal Cmte Procedure 1: Nadler MAY call a hearing to DISCUSS whether or not to officially open an impeachment inquiry. This is nothing new. He already has this ability and can exercise it at any time.

Internal Cmte Procedure 2: Nadler will set the time parameters for any witnessed IF called. Once again nothing new. This is standard operating procedure for ALL cmte hearings.

Internal Cmte Procedure 3: Nadler outlines how information will be handled. IF an official impeachment inquiry is launched. Once again standard procedures already in place.

Internal Cmte Procedure 4: This one really takes the cake. Nadler is creating a procedure that not only is in place, but that any American can do, and that is respond to the Cmte in writing and have counsel review/respond as well.

Nadler's Committee Resolution is another NOTHING BURGER that will be dressed up and served to the American People. The democrats and the media truly are the #EnemyOfThePeople

Internal Cmte Procedure 2: Nadler will allow staff to question witnessed if called. This IS NEW and unprecedented but also something Nadler can do as Chairman who makes the rules. Simply put he has the votes and can do this at any time.
