1. The most common method of deterrence by the state is incarceration. When freedom is taking away, it doesn’t just confine physically but it affect the mental state of a man. #LeadershipDevelopment #MakingMen

2. As a #Leader, making sure your team members are Free around you is important to their development. #LeadershipDevelopment #MakingMen

3. However, before you extend the gesture of Freedom make sure you have instilled discipline. Freedom without the boundary of discipline is disaster. #LeadershipDevelopment #MakingMen

4. One of the greatest Freedom you can give them and that will impact their lives going forward is the Freedom to make mistake.

5. Any Freedom that does not include the freedom to make mistake is bondage. #LeadershipDevelopment #MakingMen

6. In other words, don’t unleash terror every time there is a mistake: Let them be confident to come forward with their errors.

7. If you let them think every time there is a Mistake, there will be hell fire, it will either turn them into a natural liar or it will make them dormant; not willing to try anything.
