This is an MEP basically tweeting, "The EU is coming for your NHS based on my inability to comprehend an idiot journalist at the Express from three years ago," and somehow I'm the 'Project Fear' guy.
To be fair to Dr Bull, socialised medicine really isn't a big thing in continental Europe so it's super plausible that DG Trade had the authority and desire to unilaterally break the health systems of like 28 countries just to get TTIP done.
