Not a lot of fresh post-debate polls for the Dems yet, but we have a state-level NY poll showing Biden up five, a Cali poll that shows Biden and Sanders tied with Warren down six.

What's most interesting, though, is the Politico/Morning Consult poll; its only one data point, so its not the full picture, but generally you can expect their methodology to remain the same so you can track the 'shifts' in opinions. But we have a post-debate poll and a pre-one.
It is showing virtually no change, a single point difference or so. Warren saw a slight bump, but its not a huge jump compared to pre-debate standings so its as much statistical white noise as anything else I would assume.
