4. and opiates off our streets. That will kill smuggling in Latin America. Then we need rebuild the broken economies and political and social life of our Central American neighbors. Make is safe to live there and raise a family. Treat the corruption and gang members as a threat

5. to US national security. Build socially just societies that will thrive in the 21st Century free from the corruption our thirst for illegal drugs caused.
