We have today submitted a formal complaint to Labour about the antisemitic Twitter account TocquevilleJNR. We have been able to identify the owner as Labour Party member in Hornsey and Wood Green CLP. A selfie in his feed matches a picture used by him as a

byline for a column he once had in a major trade journal. Both the columns and his feed make very many mentions of where he lives. He also talks a lot (really a lot) about his first employer. His LinkedIn profile, which uses the same photo as the trade journal, lists the same

first employer. TocquevilleJNR is typical of Corbynite antisemites: pretentious Twitter handle, 50/60 something man, hair as thin as their skin, healthy waistline, and a fixation on Jews (especially Jewish women). Here he is mocking Jewish fears over expulsion and diaspora:

Fears of expulsion and diaspora is a poignant and deep-seated part of Jewish culture and thought. Such acts have defined antisemitic policies and violence for centuries, if not millennia. To mock them in this way is undeniably antisemitic. Jews still have the suitcases their

parents and grandparents fled with last time they had to move. It is a sick, Jew-baiting mind that mocks such artefacts.

TocquevilleJnr likes to divide other ethnic minority communities against Jews and denies violence against Jews:

He exaggerates Jewish support for Conservatives and insists it is financially motivated, invoking historical anti-Jewish tropes concerning money:

All this plus other necessary details have been submitted to the Labour complaints team. He can only be an antisemite to be so fixated with and mocking of Jews. It should be swiftly and simply dealt with.
