Worth noting this also would mean any legislation that might have previously been considered to have lapsed is back in play

A couple of thoughts on yesterday's ruling by @UKSupremeCourt and its implications for Brexit

@UKSupremeCourt Recall that this case was at the edges of justicability, but Court was willing to extend broader principles into this area unanimously

@UKSupremeCourt If government sought to evade responsibilities under Benn Act, then that would be much less problematic for Court to get stuck in

Oddly, it's neither

People voted for lots of different reasons in #EUref - sometimes to do with the EU, sometimes not - but having become more invested in an identity as a Leaver or a Remainer, it's tempting to seek out things that confirm that identity

This is because they need legitimacy until they are strong enough to go after their enemies publicly.

It's also worth noting that Dorian will likely side-swipe Puerto Rico, and directly hit Florida...which he interestingly doesn't see as a burden.

That's a LIE.

That's the estimated total they'll need to fully recover.

Congress has allocated $42.5 Billion.

Joe Walsh is not a serious challenge. So, I'm not sure what legit reason big media would have to cover it as such.

Obama's got ZERO media attention despite his total percentage of the national popular primary vote being the lowest of any incumbent since a contested race in 1992.
Despite earning the lowest total percentage of a national popular primary vote since Pat Buchanan challenged George H.W. Bush in the contested primary in 1992, Barack Obama still went on to clobber Mitt Romney.

And his challenger(s) got ZERO coverage.

Let's get real. Grow up.
By the way, it's worth noting that Barack Obama had the entire machine working "for" him to keep challengers off the ballot and to play electoral gimmicks.

Donald Trump has it working "against" him to keep him off ballots and easy to mount challenges.

In list of items Facebook covered up, this report deserves questions under oath if FB won't answer press. Facebook's CTO said he didn't know nearly 6 million Fake Accounts, Fake Likes were deleted after 2016 election? And Facebook doesn't know countries?
From docs unsealed in fall 2018 from a lawsuit. press reported it appears to be discovery from internal Facebook communications discussing strategy to cover up a fairly large mistake.
Never dug into Zuckeberg lieutenant @boztank's old tweets but note how he failed to mention what he calls Cambridge Analytica's "certification" wasn't even legally useful and came more than 16 months, a brexit and US election after Facebook knew about it.
