THREAD: I'm still noodling on this response. But here are my initial thoughts. I don't want to know if the IG EVER required 1st hand knowledge, I want to know if anyone ever submitted a form where they didn't mark first hand knowledge. 1/
2/ because it was marked VERY clearly FIRST HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED. Who is going to fill out a form and check they didn't have first hand info if the form says it's required! AND why stress that?
3/ And ICIG Training for EMPLOYEES from 2016 gives this nice little summary of what to include.

@FDRLST 2/ The key here is to understanding that the Intelligence Community Whistle Protection Act "ICWPA" authorizes sharing classified info w/ intelligence communities only in limited circumstances.
@FDRLST 3/ AND that the first step is for the Inspector General to "accept" a complaint under the ICWPA. Simple illustration: If CIA agent filed a sexual harassment claim with IG under ICWPA the IG would reject filing. IG wouldn't assess credibiity & pass on to DNI.

So, I'm trying to contrive an analogous conversation in the context of quid pro quo under Title VII to show how NUTS the Ukraine Purse String Hoax is...Susie comes in and Donald congratulates her on her recent marriage. Donald says the ceremony went off without a hitch even 1/
2/ after the union strike threatened the reception, but I've been very good to you and your family, and helped pay for a substitute venue. Then Donald discusses need to resolve the issues in the controller's office because the prior CFA had embezzled money.
3/ Look I need your help Donald says. I need you to investigate whether the controller was involved in the embezzlement. Sally: HARASSER. Donald mentioned my marriage and then asked for a favor. Quid Pro Quo. That's how ridiculous it is!!

Turns out #Russia lost its SanFrancisco consulate bldg for more than election hacking. Obama sanctions were also b/c they'd been engaged in a brazen operation since 2010—when "illegals" were exposed—to keep FBI from tracking 🇷🇺spies. (No 🙄they weren't burning for "Conservation")

Because there's never been a cringefest I could walk away from, and because I've got some friends here and on FB who've been blocked by #ByeFaleena and can't see her video, I'm gonna grab some coffee, watch, and live tweet. I am unsettled.
Okay. Coffee is being made. Let's get this started. She begins the video by staring boldly into the camera and saying, "Hi. I'm Faleena Hopkins. I'm being attacked." She puts uncomfortably long pauses between these phrases, for impact, I assumed.
"To the point of dangerous. And I beseech the moneygrabbers to back. The fuck. Off." She stares unblinking into the camera. So, we've reached the "My life has been threatened," portion of the program.
