All goes back to trumps russian mafia dealings, dealings w oligarchs, spies since 80s. If anyone had bothered vetting trump they would have quickly realized his allegiance is to the Kremlin for decades. Better yet trump/his criminal inner should have been prosecuted decades ago
How was trump targeted by the KGB in 86 and no one noticed? How did trump go to the Soviet union in 87 without raising red flags? How did trump come back and immediate take out ads attacking foreign policy w no notice? How did trump launder so much money for decades undeterred?

Things that ties Giuliani, Kislin, Manafort, and people in Ukraine are a few things. Revenge on Poroshenko, rehabilitating Yanukovych and his people, shifting attacks on America from Russia to Ukraine, etc. You will hear their names a lot in various plots
There is also a lot of money at stake in Ukraine that was frozen. Kislin through investigations is trying to get Poroshenko arrested in Ukraine/have investigations opened here so he can get access to the money.

What makes the Ukraine scandal so unusual is that it directly touches so many senior people - Pence, Pompeo, Barr, Mulvaney, Maguire, Giuliani - and many more in the WH, State, DOJ. Day to day operations of the Administration likely to be severely impacted, soon.
2/Pompeo sounds like a College Republican repeating silly talking points here and not a senior member of the United States government. It is all just incredible bullshit; and they know they are in trouble.
3/Guess my point here is that all of them will have to testify - Pence, Pompeo, Barr, Mulvaney, Giuliani. It is going to become an extraordinary spectacle.
