So now would be a good time to see the original IC IG form completed by the “whistleblower” with name redacted. Everyone now preening how the “whistleblower” form wasn’t changed (it was) or that the “whistleblower” checked off “first-hand” knowledge box hasn’t seen the evidence.
I’m going to help my Twitter friends make sense of IC IG news release since I see that the intellectually lazy NeverTrumpers already are lying about it.

After much obfuscation (which NeverTrump fell for—again) the IC IG ADMITS the forms were changed. In fact, the office says...
“The ICIG...has developed three new forms. The new forms do not require whistleblowers to possess first-hand knowledge in order to file a complaint or information with respect to an urgent concern.”

Here’s the kicker, folks:

Michael Atkinson, IC IG who claimed an error-riddled report from a complainant with no first-hand info, was of “urgent concern” should never have been appointed by Trump.

involved in DOJ investigation into Trump campaign. John Carlin, Atkinson’s boss at DOJ NSD, facilitated the FISA on Carter Page, received regular updates from McCabe on collusion case.

Atkinson went to work for Carlin THE SAME MONTH Comey officially opened Crossfire Hurricane.
“In Sept 2016, Carlin moderated an NSD event that featured Comey, former AG Loretta Lynch, former CIA Director John Brennan and White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. Carlin abruptly resigned shortly thereafter amid controversy related to his handling of FISA material.”

From July 2016 until November 2017, Atkinson was the senior counsel for John Carlin then Mary McCord. Both headed the National Security Division which played a crucial role in the Trump-Russia collusion probe. Carlin was getting updates from McCabe in summer of 2016...
Carlin’s shop oversees the DOJ FISA process so helped facilitate the FISA warrant on Carter Page.

Did Atkinson, as Carlin’s top lawyer, know about the collusion probe and/or the Page FISA?

Meanwhile, the people who illegally leaked classified information against Flynn and others in the Trump Admin, have yet to be arrested (and some of them are commentators on TV).
The extradition request by the US of Assange was made by the US in 2017. Guess who was AG back then? Sessions. Great job, @AnnCoulter.

The push now however came from @SecPompeo who for years has been on the warpath against @wikileaks.
