We've filed a brief in the US Supreme Court as part of our ongoing lawsuit to protect #DACA.

Our lawsuit argues the Trump Admin's attempt to revoke #DACA was based on faulty legal analysis & harmed State residents, institutions, and economies.
Our government made a promise to DREAMers that they would be able to live their lives free from the fear of sudden, arbitrary deportation.

We will not allow the Trump Admin to continue this cruel crusade against these invaluable members of our society.

The president has threatened to begin raids in NY & across the nation this weekend in an effort to round up thousands of migrant families.

As NY's top law enforcement officer, I can assure NYers we will do everything in our power to fight back against these inhumane policies.
President Trump’s use of migrant families & asylum seekers as political punching bags is a despicable act of racism & xenophobia that is antithetical to our basic human values.

It's an immoral & unconscionable act by a president & Administration hell-bent on dividing our nation.

We indicted three individuals for their alleged roles in a “pay-to-play" bribery scheme surrounding the rebuilding of the World Trade Center that came at the expense of the @PANYNJ.

These individuals exchanged lavish gifts for preferential work treatment & confidential info.
Among other gifts, a WTC official received expensive sports tickets & travel from 2 electrical contractors working to rebuild the World Trade Center in exchange for confidential info.

They also squandered @PANYNJ funds & put lives at risk by hiring unqualified electricians.
These individuals were trusted with rebuilding the site of the worst terror attack in American history, but instead, allegedly squandered public funds to line their own pockets.

We will crack down on corruption & work to ensure public integrity & accountability throughout NY.

We have zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment in our schools–that’s why we investigated the Chapel School in Bronxville after receiving a report alleging a teacher simulated a "slave auction" in two separate fifth grade social studies classes.
The mock auctions included a simulation of chains or "shackles" being placed on the black student's necks, wrists, and ankles, and the "sale" of the students to their white counterparts.

The teacher was terminated when the school discovered these horrifying events took place.
As a result of our investigation, the Chapel School will hire a Chief Diversity Officer, provide a plan for annually increasing the diversity of it’s teaching faculty, & commit new financial aid resources to maintain a diverse student body.
