So here’s a thread on #croissants and #desserts in #paris - since I’ve broken my no carb rule, and enjoyed it thoroughly I think it’s only right to share my insights with you.
The croissants and pain au chocolate at #erickayser even though they are a chain are damn good 
The pistachio and chocolate escargot, the pain au chocolat And a good old butter croissant at “du pain RT des idees

Also if you are feels by hipster then the #circusbaketu for cinnamon rolls and the sour dough chocolate roll
Head to #poilâne as David Lebovitz said he moved to Paris because of their bread. Their apple pie is perfect and not cinnnamony at all #parisfood and their lemon cake is citrusy and buttery
And of course the hot chocolate and Mont Blanc at Angelina is non negotiable
Oh and the best lemon tart is at Sebastian gaudard and the mussipontain that was invented by his father. Deliscious dessert with almond and meringue and cream 🥰
Oh and if you have to eat the best #parisbrest head to the descendant of Marie Antoinette’s Baker #stohrer - he was also the inventor of th baba au rhum vir really the Paris Brest is the hero for me! #parisfood
