Watch this hit again. It never, ever happens without the weaponized helmet. The player turns himself into a projectile, never squared up to tackle, arms not even in a position to grab and hold. He is a missile from the get-go. Not something a player not wearing armor would do.
And it's not even on the "tackler", because this is just how they are taught, from pee-wee. Nobody tackles anymore. Why, when you can be a human torpedo?
