5 Money Making ideas I have seen to be lucrative.

Making money is not hard.

To be frank, it is not by hard work.

I know some people may get me wrong, but just have an open mind and you will get the gist.

The problem is that we have been taught to work hard

But the rich actually teach their children to 'IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITY'

Making money is not hard. It is simple, but not easy.

It requires a new kind of mental orientation.

You need to always be open to the world around you and have an eye for opportunity.

That said, here are 5 money making opportunities I have observed as a result of a growing trend.

They don't require huge capital, expertise.

1. Ecommerce.

I believe you know this already. It is the sing-song on everyone's lips.

You can import things from China and sell

at 5x or 10x the cost price. As with every business, it has its challenges,but with dedication, you can build am empire with it.

Buy a product for 1k, sell for 10k or 15k.

Now there are some things you need to know. This is not to discourage you but to arm you with proper info

If you go into ecommerce, and you want to go big, you will have to understand:

1. Paid traffic. Facebook and Instagram still remain the go-to platforms for Nigerians.

2. You'll contend with customer challenges. Some will order and cancel at the last minute.

3. You'll contend with delivery issues, especially to far or remote areas.

Aside these issues, you can build a multi million naira business with ecommerce.

Learn from those doing it.

2. Affiliate marketing.

You can sell products created by other people and earn commision

On each sale.

The good thing about this business model is that someone else has done the work of creating the product.

You simply drive traffic to the product and make commissions.

However, you need massive traffic to make good money because commissions are not always high.

So you should try to master traffic generation with this model. Email marketing should be top on your system.

3. Sell a course (digital product)

Do you have specific information that people need? A solution to a problem you have observed?

You can package it as a course and

Sell it.

Creating this course may take some time and skill, but it is worth it because you simply create it once and sell over and over again.

There's more:

You can sell PLR books.

PLR stands for Private Label Rights.

These are books written by other people that you can

slap your name on and resell.

Some of these books you DA download free, some are for sale for as little as $5.

You simply edit them, put your name as the creator and resell.

4. Amazon Kindle publishing.

I spent the last 4 months understudying this and I have seen that it is a growing trend now in Nigeria.

Lots of people want to develop their writing and even get published on amazon.

You can position yourself as an expert here and get people

To pay you to help them write their books, edit them or publish them. They can pay you, consult you for your writing advice.

Use your writing skill to make money.

5. Network marketing.

Yeah, I know.

Some of you holier than thou people will come to ridicule this. But open your

Mind for a minute.

You can't be more knowledgeable than @realDonaldTrump @theRealKiyosaki, Jim Proctor, Richard Branson and others who have endorsed this business model

Network marketing is a business that fits you if you are willing to build and work with teams within a system

Be sure to look out for a company with a good com plan, a team with proper structure and system, and tools.

And be patient as you build the business.

With time, you'll see signs of success.

It will require work at first, but the work will pay off.
