February 2017 - Manafort and Kilimnik meet in Madrid, discuss the black ledger investigation headed by Lutsenko. Months later, Manafort goes down, Lutsenko lets Kilimnik slip into Russia, and begins feeding Giuliani false info about... the black ledger investigation. 
Kilimnik purported to have inside information about the investigation ran by Lutsenko. Now, Giuliani is pushing Lutsenko disinformation. The Ukraine story IS the Russia story.
We can say definitively that a Russian agent (Kilimnik) was in the middle of this Ukraine conspiracy theory to say that Manafort was framed. He was in cahoots with Lutsenko who let him flee to Moscow and stop cooperating with Mueller in order for Ukraine to get the Javelins.
The Ukraine story IS the Russia story. Mueller told us this in his report. The Grand Jury material regarding this matter must be released immediately to Congress.
This is the Kilimnik-Manafort-Lutsenko-Giuliani scheme. Each had their own interests in mind. Kilimnik was pushing the GRU/Kremlin line, Manafort wants a pardon, Lutsenko wanted missiles and likely kickbacks, and Giuliani wanted to frame the Democrats.
It is not hard to conclude that Giuliani's actions are the result of Kremlin BS information fed to him from Kilimnik via Lutsenko.
