Worldwide strategy by fascists to prevent protests.

Including our very own Jason Kenney and Andrew Scheer who support the prevention of vocalized dissent. Both have implied efforts to quell dissent including legally banning protests.

Russia, China and Saudi Arabia aren’t fond of protests. Often jailing, torturing and causing several deaths of protesters.

Ukraine, South Korea, and Sudan overthrew governments with sustained protests.

Hong Kong protesters have sustained a protest against China.

The ability to protest is a measure of democratic freedom. Dictators ban protests. Not democracies.

So, that should give readers an idea of the future Conservatives plan for Canadians. It isn’t democratic and it doesn’t involve freedom to assocate or protest.

Remember the support for truck drivers in the yellow vest convoy? It included a conservative politician providing tacit approval for violent measures to pipeline protesters. Ironic since yellow vest is a protest movement. ctvnews.ca/politics/conse…

The recent Extinction Rebellion protests across Canada provide ample evidence. Look at the difference in public response across Canada. Only one protest was met with violence almost immediately. In Edmonton, Alberta fists were flying. Surprised?

Canadians shouldn’t be surprised, but should be extremely concerned. Kenney & UCP have run a months long campaign on eliminating dissent to O&G expansion. He has a $30M “war room” pushing a recently debunked conspiracy theory. Where is that war room’s head office? Edmonton.

This is what conservatives have planned. Look at Ontario. Ford has “eliminated” the need for journalism. Control of the narrative. Preempt every protest because the truth is concealed.

Until protests are banned, the propaganda of Ontario News Now is ineffective. Quelling dissent requires an information vacuum, a post truth reality.

Most of rural Alberta & Ontario have already made a transition to post truth information vacuums. Rural Alberta has few options for independent news. It’s almost 100% Postmedia syndicated news. Propaganda. Post truth. Internet access is diverted to the Postmillenial & Rebel.

Rural Albertans vote overwhelmingly for conservatives because they don’t have access to information. They live in a bubble. Manipulated psychologically with propaganda saturation and revisionist history. The same has happened to rural Ontario.

It’s easier to manipulate rural populations because they don’t have the same media access, or the sophistication and experience regarding media manipulation and gaslighting.

The same strategy was used in US elections.

Fox News and Sinclair Broadcast Group created an information desert and filled it with conspiracy theories and far right propaganda, and some Christian indoctrination.

This is a sophisticated strategy that began in Harper era. Harper eliminated Broadcasting regulations and Copyright legislation protecting Canadians from information deserts. He opened foreign ownership for Canadian media. He forced CBC to rely on clicks by partially privatizing.

This is a long game strategy. Quell dissent and restrict information exchange.

That’s the long game strategy of a dictator.

That’s who and what Andrew Scheer promises to become.

Scheer hasn’t even released a policy platform. Just like Ford and Kenney didn’t offer clear policy.

It’s because they don’t want you to know what’s coming. They tell their supporters they plan to create prosperity, but that prosperity is reserved for the already prosperous.

Please vote accordingly. This isn’t a drill. Harper primed the political environment by eliminating protections. Scheer means to ensure Conservatives maintain control and authority in perpetuity. By eliminating dissent.
