1. I think @jchervinsky assertion that we're unlikely to see an ETF in a Clayton-led SEC is interesting; but I truly don't know enough to know.

@BitwiseInvest @jchervinsky 2. While ETH being not a security isn't new, intentional language from the CFTC is a positive.

But still, listen to @prestonjbyrne and don't take this as a signal that you can go launch a new crypto thinking it won't be a securities offering.

Another area where I truly don't know enough to read all the subtext, but it does feel like Binance is big enough that the Alipay/WeChat on ramp is disrupting some part of the delicate crypto-in-China balance. Lots of great people sharing their (much more informed) opinions.
