Holy Shit! Judge's Martinez dec in Ramirez Medina case is the most eloquent indictment of current immigration system: "Upon review, the Court is left with the uneasy feeling that the Govt did not honestly consider the facts of Mr. Ramirez’s case to arrive at a just conclusion."
..."Rather, it appears the Government considered only whether the facts supported its desired and preordained conclusion. This is not a just exercise of prosecutorial discretion. Yet the law as it stands precludes the courts from intervening and assuring equal justice under law."
" Until Congress has the courage to fully address our nation’s much needed immigration reform, there will continue to be cases like this in which courts are compelled to reach unjust, though legally correct, results."
here is the link to the full decision.

At the end the Court felt compelled to deny Daniel Ramirez Medina's request for preliminary injunction, finding to jurisdiction to review the pretextual #DACA denial & also found that USCIS did not violate his prior order.
But surely Congress will hold hearings to look into it. Do your F job and pass #ComprehesiveImmigrationReform
