Ingredients:
4 TBSP olive oil
1 quart of thinly sliced onions, broken apart
1 tsp dried thyme

1 small lime, use zest and juice
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
