For the record, I reached out to Kiwi investigative journos including @paulapenfold about the targeting of me, long *before* I left New Zealand.

I called @avancenz the *day after* agents tried to run me off the road.

NZ media knew what was happening & they said & did nothing.
@paulapenfold @avancenz These same media judge me for leaving NZ, when they wouldn't lift a finger to protect myself and my children while we were still in NZ.

The Police refused to act to protect me. Media refused to act to protect me. What choices did I have as a targeted solo mother alone? None.
@paulapenfold @avancenz NZ media are still failing myself and my children, to this day. The lack of conscience on display is frankly chilling.

New Zealand's latest 'Terrorism Suppression' bill allows authorities to deem you a terrorist 'on the balance of probability' w/o showing you evidence, then control your work/finances/movements/net access & prevent you telling ppl its happening

They get to do this without arresting you, without prosecuting you, without you being convicted of anything

And any journalist who writes about it being done to you gets prosecuted for doing so
And best of all - even if you didn't know you were supporting or aiding a terrorist - and even if no terrorism happened - too bad!

@golrizghahraman @MaramaDavidson It is about vastly more than that. I'm working my way through the full text of the Bill now.

All these "security", "terrorism", "money laundering", etc bills have to be seen holistically in the bigger picture that the chain of their invention and passage presents.
@golrizghahraman @MaramaDavidson PARTICULARLY in a country where the definition of the term "threat to national security" has been removed from the books, and where that term is now arbitrarily applied by the State without definition, a State which yet continues to pass legislation that invokes the term
