Every proven founder in SF will eventually have an angel fund.

Many are immigrants who have connections back home.

Their intros bridge the gap for when a foreign company wants to raise from SV VCs.

It’s a stopgap approach that helps decentralize tech out of the Bay Area.
Silicon Valley becomes the place where the future is financed, but not where the future is built.
Crypto takes the baton once we can do legal crypto crowdfunding at the scale of 2017 in any sector, with VC-like terms built into smart contracts.

That will move incorporation out of Delaware, fundraising out of SV, IPOs out of Wall Street.
