This is kind of hilarious. The DOJ's position is that the House isn't considering using the Mueller materials for impeachment.

And DOJ's source for this assumption? An article from Washington Post, which Trump always refers to as "fake news."
"The House submission also criticizes — in two separate places - the Justice Department for an unusual aspect of their stay filing: its reliance on a Washington Post article that asserted Trump’s potential Mueller-related wrongdoing was now on the back burner."

Colonel Vindland's testimony indicates that Ambassador Sondland - who testified he had no idea Trump wanted the Bidens specifically investigated - has got some explaining to do.
Vindland heard the call, knew it was bad, and reported it to the NSC's' lead counsel, who I believe is John Eisenberg.

(BTW, Fiona Hill also testified that she met with Eisenberg twice in July to discuss her concerns about efforts to influence Ukraine to investigate the Bidens.)
John Eisenberg, according to this Politico article, was the lawyer who ordered the call record be hidden on the ultra-secret classified server.
