@nytimes It appears Trump’s Attorney General is using his office to conduct a campaign of harassment & intimidation of US officials who have gathered evidence about crimes committed by Trump & his associates.

@nytimes If the AG has conspired with the White House or any private lawyers, staff or associates of @POTUS, he would be engaging in illegal coordination to obstruct ongoing criminal & counter-intelligence investigations targeting Trump & his network.

@nytimes @POTUS If any of his actions, or orders he has issued to any other person, involve an effort to taint confirmed evidence or sway the testimony of witnesses, his actions or orders would be unlawful & would warrant his referral for criminal prosecution.

@nytimes @POTUS Note: The AG lies under oath about his deliberate distortion of the findings of the #MuellerReport. He lied to the nation about the findings, using his office to cover-up evidence of criminal wrongdoing. And, he unlawfully sought to bury the #WhistleblowerComplaint.

@nytimes @POTUS Each of these three actions are serious federal offenses, ranging from abuse of office to witness tampering & racketeering (as it appears Barr is coordinating with Trump in support of an evident criminal racket).

@nytimes @POTUS In the US @POTUS does not rule & no one is sworn to serve a person or a party. Any federal officer not actively working to uphold & defend the Constitution is operating outside the law, in violation of the public trust.
