BREAKING: The Trump administration strips Title X funding from Planned Parenthood in Wisconsin, Hawaii, North Carolina, Virginia, and southwest Ohio, putting health care at risk for 40,000+ patients — in a coordinated attack to block patients from coming to Planned Parenthood.
This comes on the heels of the administration’s finalized Title X gag rule, which bans providers in the Title X program from referring their patients for abortion. If the rule goes into effect on May 3, access to care will be at risk for 4 million people. #ProtectX
In many counties, Planned Parenthood health centers are the *only* places that provide people struggling to make ends meet the reproductive care they need.

1) This seat doesn't even become vacant until June 30.
Judge Droney announced his intent to assume senior status just a few weeks ago. That means that the process for filling the seat has just begun.

2) The unnamed source "prefers" to appoint a judge with the support of the two Connecticut senators. So what?
3) There was extensive consultation with the NY senators before the WH nominated Judges Bianco & Park. Schumer & Gillibrand objected but the nominees were confirmed. The same for the CA senators & the Ninth Circuit. After consultation the WH nominated Kenneth Lee & Daniel Collins
