Hey here's a thought:
Let's put a "Giant Match" warning on all the similar buildings where similar fires could happen, and only let geniuses like Rees-Mogg, Bridgen or Hartley-Brewer live in it.
(While telling firemen not to answer any of their calls as they know better.)

Let’s say that neither firemen, nor people in it know how to make sure no one dies in Giant Matches.
And implement fire protection regulations that will fix the current Giant Matches &prevent new ones to be built. W/ firemen assessment &evacuation plan.
