Related to the point here is that right now there are not enough votes *in the House* for M4A, even if Warren/Sanders won the presidency and Dems managed to take the Senate.

I think it's really important for candidates to lay out their visions and goals and plans and not just pre-emptively concede to "political reality," which is dynamic and malleable. But also, there's a certain "angles dancing on the head of a pin" quality to the M4A details debate
Though that said, a presidential candidate running on M4A and getting elected while doing so would significantly alter the realm of the political possible. But there is still a long distance between here and there.
