Why is it illegal to make political comments in Amethi? Surely this is not a sign of Amethi's enlightenment.
Oh, actually--this is an interesting thing. The Indian Supreme Court is about to issue a ruling in the Ayudhiya Mosque case. This is the kind of thing that can readily give rise to communal violence. That's no joke in India.
Should speech on Twitter be suppressed in light of this?

I'm not actually sure that I feel confident in the Enlightenment where this kind of thing is concerned.
