Also, if you're not Adam Schiff, Devin Nunes, Steve Castor, Dan Noble or Dan Goldman, chances are you'll have very little role in the impeachment harings. Schiff makes clear members won't get their 5 minutes of questioning until the extended questioning by these five is done.

Trump continues to be alone in attacking the career foreign service officers — this one detailed to VP Pence — and hoping it somehow accrues to his benefit. No Rs backed up his attack on Yovanovitch.

MORRISON says he didn't believe there was any sort of quid pro quo for military aide UNTIL he talked to Sondland on Sept. 1.

But even then he said he hoped it was just Sondland's idea, not anyone else's.
MORRISON says Sondland told him on Sept. 1 that he informed Ukrainians that they'd have better luck releasing the military aid if they opened the investigation inro Burisma (code for Biden).
NEW: MORRISON told investigators that Sondland claime dto be acting on Trump's orders when handling Ukraine.

And every time Morrison checked out whether Sondland had actually had a call with Trump as he claimed, it was true.

Allow me to this teachable moment to explain a few facts about the Constitution you are struggling with.

James Madison is the father of the constitution. The document was ratified on June 21, 1788.

It consists of 3 Articles, & 27 Amendments.

Here is my pocket copy.
Article 1 describes the duties of the Legislative Branch - a coequal branch of Government (you are not a monarch or a dictator). Article 1, Section 3 states that the Senate has the power to your #Impeachment. You should know, that you can be indicted after you leave office.
Article 1, Section 5 states, each body of Congress shall make its own rules regarding proceedings. What this means is that you are not in charge of your own #Impeachment. You and your many Republican protectors do not dictate terms to the democratic controlled House. #GetOverIt

Republicans have the courts.

They have the White House.

They have the Senate.

They have more governors.

They have the oligarchs.

They have no scruples.

And Dems have the House, where #impeachment happens.

Just do it, leave a mark on his presidency, and be done.
We need to take back our country from rightwing extremists. We can only do it by building a powerful progressive movement.

#Impeachment is a crucial step in the direction of fighting back but it's hardly the solution. Drawing it out won't change the reality of GOP dominance.
#Impeachment should have happened in January, as a statement for history that the Democratic Party will unequivocally defend the rule of law. Dithering for 8 months has accomplished nothing but allow Trump to trample the Constitution and harm more people.
