Jennifer Williams, a top Pence aide who was listening in on the call with Zelenskiy says she found Trump's references "to be more specific to the president in nature, to his personal political agenda, as opposed to a broader...foreign policy objective of the United States" 
I'm sure this will satisfy folks who have been clamoring to hear from people with firsthand knowledge of the Trump-Zelenskiy call. This is a high-level Trump administration national security official who was listening to what she referred to as an "unusual and inappropriate" call
She also says that Trump’s conduct on the call "shed some light on possible other motivations behind a security assistance hold" (It's notable that "corruption" isn't mentioned once in the 166 page transcript)
