Morrison: 5 minutes after the Pence-Zelensky Warsaw meeting, Sondland [who's being directed by Trump] spoke with Ukrainian official Yermak and told him that an announcement of investigations by the prosecutor general would be “sufficient” to release the aid –– which is BRIBERY.
In a Sep 7 call, several days after their discussion in Warsaw, Sondland told Morrison he'd just spoken with Trump and Trump said that "Zelensky [not the prosecutor general] must announce the opening of the investigations and he should want to do it."
Morrison testified that former NSA John Bolton met privately with Trump in Aug to try and convince him to release the $400M in frozen Ukraine military aid.
