Normally I would agree, but Donald's ego demands he show no sign of weakness, even when hiding it makes him look worse.

The facts don't seem to support a serious cardiac event and it's hard to imagine two days bed rest for a panic attack. I don't think Donald at his most feisty would be inclined to listen to anyone preaching an abundance of caution.
Buuuuut when he's feeling insecure, he's much less likely to trust his instincts and more easily controlled by the people around him.
