Sarabeshwara is one of the forms that Lord Shiva took to control the anger of Lord Narasimha after the latter had killed Hiranyakashapu. Narasimha who came to kill the demon was so wrath filled that his anger was disturbing the others.
Lord Lakshmi, the consort of viShNu herself was afraid to approach Narasimha. The devas pleaded to Lord shiva to control the anger of narasimha and make him calm. Hearing their please Lord shiva took the form of sharaba, a form that combines lion, human and also a bird.
With this Fierce form Lord shiva engaged narasimha to fight. Very soon Narasimha realized that the sharaba was nothing but Lord shiva. He saluted the shrabha and shed away his wrath and became calm to be worshipped by Lakshmi and Prahaladha.

thannó Sarabesvara prachodayaath

He relinquished all his common luxuries and eventually was pulled in towards the National Movement, when the message of Congress Movement came to Koraput. He enrolled in the Indian National Congress. He got trained in physical activities and this made him physically tough.

How many know that Today is the 88 death anniversary Hara Prasad Shastri (6 December 1853 – 17 November 1931), an Indian scholastic, Sanskrit researcher, and history specialist of Bengali writing. He is famous for finding the Charyapada, the earliest Bengali literature
Shastri passed entrance exam in 1871, First Arts, the college degree, in 1873, got a BA in 1876 and Honors in Sanskrit in 1877. Afterwards, he was given the title of Shastri when he got a MA degree.
The Shastri title was presented on the individuals who secured a top class and he was the only one in his batch to get a first class. Hara Prasad Shastri held various positions.

Today is the gurupujai of one of the 63 nayanars in Shavaism- ninRachIr nedumARa nAyanAr. He ruled major parts of todays South India from 640-670 CE. This thread attempts to recount some of his glorious history on an auspicious occasion of Ninracheer Nedumara Nayanar Gurupujai.
It is conceivable that due to numbness, absence of chance and different factors one happens to fail in life. In any case, the return of those individuals to the glory by some factor is something sublime.
Such a genuine individual gets veneration and distinction among all others and is regarded as great. The king who came in the lunar lineage of pANdiyas and who ruled from madhurai was nedumARanAr.
